I use only the finest materials, and pay great attention to every detail. The ultra realistic skin tones were formed using many layers of Genesis Heat Set paints, including veining, mottling, and tiny capillaries.
I took many close up photos, I love taking close up pictures so you can see the details of the baby doll you are getting. My photos are always taken in natural lighting with no editing done to them, they accurately represent the doll.
The head is weighted so that you must support it like a real baby. He is accurately weighted with fine glass beads and filled with premium super soft polyfil. I do not skimp anywhere during the creation of these dolls. It feels like you're holding a real baby, you won't want to put hhim down! He is a small preemie and wears preemie size clothing.
The hair is a combination of prismacolor and paint, along with her delicately painted eyebrows. I love doing painted hair on these dolls, it is 100% mess and worry free, no matter how many times you want to put a hat on her little head.. It is painted in a realistic newborn hair pattern and looks like real hair! Eyelashes are rooted high quality mohaur, sealed.
He has been finished with a mixture I use to give the skin a pretty glow and as an extra layer of protection for permanence, and glossed in all the right places. I use a blend of matte and satin varnishes, only Genesis brands, which gives a texture to the "skin" in some areas, but it is necessary for protection, and for extra realism for the look of baby skin.
