Terms and Conditions: All Sales Are Final. No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges. Your doll has been protected with heat set varnish. Direct sunlight, high heat or extreme cold could damage the doll. DO NOT SQUISH YOUR DOLL IN ANY WAY as this will make the varnish crack. It is like trying to bend a window without it breaking. Do not put dark clothing on your baby as dark colors transfer to the vinyl and cannot be removed without stripping the doll. I will not be responsible for any color transfer and will not repair it in any way.
