Introducing Darren♡ Brought to life from the precious Darren awake realborn kit(vinyl).
A realborn is created from computer scans of photos of a real baby which is used to create the vinyl sculpt. This process makes breathtakingly realistic dolls with all the details of a real baby!

I use only the finest materials, and pay great attention to every detail. His ultra realistic skin tones were formed using many layers of Genesis Heat Set paints, including veining, mottling, and tiny capillaries.
I took many close up photos of him, I love taking close up pictures so you can see the details of the baby doll you are getting. My photos are always taken in natural lighting with no editing done to them, they accurately represent the doll.
*He has a strong earth magnet in head and pacifier, use caution around some electronics and medical devices such as pacemakers as they can interfere with these. Magnets removed upon request.
Darren has hand made German glass eyes, these are just gorgeous and so realistic!
His head is weighted so that you must support it like a real baby. He is accurately weighted with fine glass beads and filled with premium super soft polyfil. I do not skimp anywhere during the creation of these dolls. He feels like you're holding a real baby, you won't want to put him down! He is small newborn/large preemie size and fits into newborn or preemie size clothing.
The hair is a combination of prismacolor and paint, along with the delicately painted eyebrows. I love doing painted hair on these dolls, it is 100% mess and worry free, no matter how many times you want to put a hat on his little head, and it will never rub off or fade. It is painted in a realistic newborn hair pattern and looks like real hair!
He has been finished with a mixture I use to give the skin a pretty glow and as an extra layer of protection for complete permanence, and glossed in all the right places.
He has full limbs attached to a high quality, durable faux doe suede body.
He will come home to you with layette purchased just for him: outfits pictured, swaddle blanket, and magnetic pacifier.
My home is completely smoke free, we have one hypoallergenic poodle who is a beloved member of our family but she does not go in my studio area.
This doll is a collector item and not sold as a child's toy.
