I want my customers to be happy but do not accept returns as the doll is considered used after being in another’s home and I am not able to sell again as NEW doll or for the same price. My scheduled FedX /USPS pickups are on Tuesday and Friday. To make next Tues/Friday Pickup, order needs placed 6 pm eastern time the night before. I will send tracking info just as soon as your baby is shipped. With Christmas approaching I ship most days.
