Ayla is a tiny baby. She does not take a pacifier because of her size and the way her mouth is I could not put magnet in to make her look right with pacifier. She comes with pajamas in photo. Also t-shirt and blanket. Though my home is smoke free I listed her as not smoke free. I had an issue in the past which I now figured out it was from the varnish. I was not letting them air out enough before placing them in tub. Ayla was aired for about 2 months before she was put together. I do not smell anything on her.
