Comes with blanket, and extra romper. I have listed her as none smoking because my house is smoke free. I had an issue with a couple of dolls that I was told smelt like smoke that is why I did not mark other dolls as smoke free until I could figure out cause. I finally figured what they were smelling was a faint smell of varnish because I was not airing dolls out enough before sealing them in totes. I did let her air out well and cannot smell anything on her.
