This listing is for a custom order of full body silicone Autumn sculpted by Jennifer Costello.
Autumn measures 16 inches and weighs 4 lbs 7 oz. She has an open mouth and can take a preemie sized pacifier.
Autumn can have armatures in her arms and legs without no extra cost. Please tell me at the time of ordering wether you wish to have this or not. The doll is poured in a soft blend and will have lifelike skin that wrinkles and a flexible neck.
The doll will be painted in a light or newborn skin tone based on your choice. At this time I am not able to do darker skin tones as I am not yet skilled enough to achieve this. But I am working on it!
You will be able to choose the hair color. Autumn will come home with a cute outfit, a blanket, a plushie and her papers (birth certificate and COA).

Once the shipment has left my studio I am not responsible if anything happens to the package. Please message me immediately if your package arrives damaged!
Please make sure to enter the correct address when placing an order. Due to seller- and buyer-protection requirements, orders placed with an incorrect address will have to be cancelled and repurchased after the refund has been processed.

All dolls are sold as is, which is understood by the customer when making a purchase. Additional photos or videos can be sent on request.You can also find additional videos and pictures of me painting each doll on my Instagram. It is important to me that you as a buyer feel safe with your purchase, and I welcome you with all questions and concerns that you might have. I'm always just a message away.
2. Buyer protection:
As mentioned above I do not accept returns or refunds. However, if your doll gets lost in transit or is damaged during its travel, the shipping insurance will cover your loss. In case the doll arrives damaged, make sure to immediately document all damages and send the proof to me so I can contact the shipping company. Be aware that packages shipping from Sweden to the US can in rare cases get stuck in customs and therefore take longer to arrive. This does not equal a lost package.
3.Repairs
If your doll needs future repairs done either because of damage or just wear and tear:
US or UK customers: I am not able to offer repairs because of the custom fees from US to Sweden. However, please always reach out to me if you're having trouble with one of my dolls and I will do my best to help you find someone who can aid you nearby!
European customers: I will do smaller repairs or touch ups for free. Simply send me a message and we'll talk it through. You will be responsible for paying the shipping back and forth. For bigger repairs outside of my skill level, I will do my best to help you find another artist to aid you. In that case you would have to pay or the repairs yourself.
Return Policy: I do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final and dolls are sold as is. I am a new artist who is just starting out and I do my best to create dolls of good quality. However, as a beginner, my art is far from the quality of those with more experience. It is important to me that you as a buyer are aware of the state of the doll before you place an order, since I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and I am not able to offer returns or refunds. Please make sure to read the full description and look closely at all photos before placing an order to make sure this doll is for you.
