This is Billie sculpted by Kathy Romero Biscuiti and painted by me. She is a soft blend silicone measuring 19.5 inches from head to toe, fitting perfectly in newborn clothing!
Billie was painted with many, many translucent layers of psycho paint and has veining, mottling and blushing. She has applied lanugo on her cheeks and barely-there applied eyebrows. She was rooted with soft mohair in the color chocolate brown. Billie is NOT micro- or monorooted.
Billie has an open mouth with gums and a tongue and can take a regular pacifier.
I consider Billie a boo boo mainly because she had a peeling issue with one of her later paint layers. This was solved by sanding off the defective layer and more paint was then added using the silicone adhesive SAM-32. She has been sealed with multiple layers of the same silicone and also matted with this. I am a beginner and this is the first time I've had to deal with such extensive peeling, and I am not condifent in my repairs. Some areas still seem sensitive to peeling and I can not guarantee that she won't have more peeling issues. For this, I would recommend her as a show-case doll rather than a hands-on one. She is sold as is. Billie also has a rougher skin than silicones typically do. Some areas feel rougher than others, especially the back. It's kind of like touching an eczema. This is due to me applying the silicone adhesive a little too thick. Other boo boos are shiny areas, some lint stuck in the paint and uneven paint in some areas (fingers, for example). Please watch the video and view all images closely to get an accurate idea of her flaws.
I have added armatures to her arms and legs. The ones in the arms are a little on the thicker side and can be felt when you squeeze the silicone. Great for posing for photography. See the attached video for movement.

I have photographed her in different light with a high quality camera and my iPhone, hence the slight color difference in the pictures. I wanted to capture her color as correctly as possible.
