I did make the head a bit heavy so if you don't like heavy noggins let me know and I will take some of the beads out. This baby has high end details like micro vaining, shading, many layers of mottling and washes to add dimension and realism, rooted lashes and gorgeous painted hair. I do use scented dreft beads for that clean baby smell (I'm slightly addicted to it!
