The body is cloth. The doll is weighted with fine glass beads and supreme polyfil in all limbs, head, and body. There is a magnet in the head, behind the mouth for a magnetic pacifier. The lashes are hand rooted and glued inside the head. There is a baby scent fresher in the belly. I used many layers of genesis heat set paints to add real skin tones and detailing. This doll also has mottling blushing undertones veining capillaries nail depth milk bumps on nose milk lips nose shading rooted eyelashes drawn and painted hair and eyebrows baby prick on bottom of right foot nail tips glossed nails, lips, ears, eyes Sealed with varnish
