Johann is now ready for her new home! Johanna is intentionally weighted to be a lighter baby and will be magnet-free so she can be safely cuddled by someone who is older and/or has a pacemaker. Johanna does have some small vinyl defects on her right foot. Photos are taken in natural light with and without flash for comparison. Johanna is painted in translucent layers with artist grade air dry paints, sealed with Windsor and Newton Matt UV Varnish then with Americana soft-touch varnish for a durable, lovely baby skin texture. Johanna has delicate veining, mottling, blushing, and capillaries on eyelids and ears plus a little gloss added in all the right places. Baby is weighted with glass beads and filled with Ultra Plush Poly-fil to look and feel like a real baby. Eyes are fringed with meticulously placed applied lashes. Nails are tipped and then sealed with Duraclear varnish for a natural look. Eyebrows and hair are hand painted and sealed. Baby has a flopping head which will need to be supported just like a real baby. Johanna is wearing newborn size clothing in photos.
