Quinbee was created from the Limited Edition Quinbee kit from the very talented sculptor Laura Lee Eagles . She will come home with her certificate of authenticity. She is number 691 of only 2428 world wide. She is 5 pounds 1 ounce and is 18 inches long . Layers and layers of Air dry paint was used to create this amazing living skin tone and sealed for protection. Not a crease was over looked. She has a full chest belly plate. I have painted her with the middle of her belly button black to look like a brand new baby that’s umbilical cord has just fallen off. I have pictured her with an umbilical cord but she does not come home with it as it’s one of my photo props. Quinbee has full arms and full l legs that are filled with glass beads, poly pellets and fresh fiberfill. The body and head are filled with the the same mixture. I have weighted her to be floppy like a real new baby so her head will need to be supported like a brand new baby. No sand is used in my babies so they are safe to travel to other countries. Her finger nails and toe nails have been given that fresh clipped look and sealed to prevent chipping. Her lips and mouth have been glossed to give a natural moist look. Her veins have been applied to appear under the skin for ultimate realism. I have painted this baby to have textured skin with dry skin effect on her face, hands, feet and belly plate. I have added Milia (milk bumps) on her face as well for extra realism. With her full arms and full legs and chest belly plate it makes her so much fun to put in different kinds of outfits. Quinbee has baby powder scented wafers in her body that gives that wonderful fresh scent that all new mommies love. Her hair has been rooted with premium mohair from Delta Dawn with a very small needle. I have rooted her hair in a natural swirl pattern. Rooting her hair took many hours to do but the realism it creates is well worth it. Her hair can be lightly moistened to comb and style. Do not wet completely as this can damage the paint. Her eyebrows were hand painted on one lash at a time. The eyelashes are hand rooted with the same mohair to match her hair. All of my pictures were taken in natural daylight and none of my pictures have been altered except for cropping so you can see what baby actually looks like. If this little sweetie has stolen your heart don't let her get away because this little sweetie is a one of a kind work of art and there will never be another one exactly like her. Quinbee will come home with only the items listed here and any items in pictures not listed here were used as my photo props and not part of her sale. Quinbee will come home with her side snap white t shirt with the fold over hand protectors. She will have her striped hospital hat and matching scratch mittens. She will have her hospital bracelet with her kit name ,weight, length and birthdate on it. Quinbee will have her purple and turquoise hair bow , her pink one piece outfit with the matching stocking cap and butt flap, she will have her one piece zebra outfit and blue headband, she will have her pink long sleeved dress and her white socks and her white and gold hair bow, she will have her frog receiving blanket, a diaper, her mauve modified pacifier , certificate of authenticity, a birth certificate and a care instruction sheet. Quinbee does have a magnet behind her lips for her modified pacifier and one in her head for magnetic hair bows so care must be taken around kids, pets, pacemakers and electronics as these are very strong earth magnets. I believe in supporting my local second hand shops so all items may not be new but they were all picked out just for her.
