This is a reborn SILICONE Rani Asleep kit which is a very detailed realistic kit sculpted by Melody Hess. I am pretty new to painting silicone which is quite different from the vinyl I've painted for over 20 years. I'm working my way through all the new things but not without mistakes. I am a perfectionist so my mistakes may not be so bad in the eyes of someone else. I am therefore selling this baby as a BooBoo baby. She has dust marks and isn't as well painted in the hair department as I would like. I am learning every time I work with silicone and hope to perfect it one day but in the mean time... you get to purchase a sweet silicone baby at a very reasonable price. She is a sweet baby at 20" to the heel of her leg . Her actual weight is 5bs 7oz which feels more like a real baby of 7lbs 13oz. She wears Newborn size clothes! She has partial top rooted mohair hair for even more realism. She has closed eyes and rooted eyelashes and painted eyebrows. She has a soft body, and super real feel skin. She is fully jointed with1/4 silicone arms and 1/4 silicone legs with all the folds and creases of a baby and can be posed and dressed in many ways. She comes to you dressed in a diaper and a onesie, and a beautiful knit romper with a matching headband and socks. She has a Nubi silicone pacifier. She has very realistic feel skin which is very squeezable and snuggly. She will come as you see her, wrapped in her blanket and wearing a beaded charm bracelet. She will also come with a special welcome home gift bag. In that bag you will find many items including a reborn certificate with a blank line for you to name her, and much more in the bag. She has realistic super real look & feel soft silicone skin. She has been painted so that her skin resembles a real baby, with all the natural blushing and blotching, as well as seeing tiny little veins that appear to be just under the skin. She has been painted in many layers of silicone paint. You can see from the pictures how closely her complexion matches mine. I have taken extra care in giving her tiny little veins and capillaries on her face and eyelids as well as a few little stork bites here and there. She has been weighted to feel as real as can be so she will snuggle right into your arms. She has a cloth body which is weighted with polyfil and glass beads. I also try to take accurate pictures of the doll in many light conditions so that you can see exactly what you are getting. Pictures cannot show clearly all the intricate fine detail in the mold and in my enhancements. This is one of the most realistic dolls you will ever find at this price. I have been making these adorable reborns in vinyl and now in silicone for many years and try to keep the quality and price at the best to give everyone a chance at owning one of these adorable collectibles. I enjoy creating these little bundles of joy and wish I could keep them all, but I just can’t. Instead, I offer them to you to spread the joy and comfort that these sweet angels can bring your way. Please remember that these are delicate creations of art especially the silicone dolls and not meant to be played with or to be given to children for play. However, if you have a little want to be Mommy who could care for this baby doll as it should be than this would be a gift she will treasure forever!

Return Policy: We do not accept returns. Please contact us if there is a problem and we can address it. Any postage for an accepted return is the responsibility of the buyer.
Layaway Available: We offer a layaway / custom doll plan on any doll we sell that has been reborn by us. Terms: There is a non-refundable $25 layaway fee and minimum payments are $100. Your 1st payment would be $125, and payments paid at a minimum of at least $100 until doll and shipping costs are met or 4 months max. If not paid within the 4month time frame in regular payments the sale will be cancelled, and money paid will be kept and not returned to you . . To start a Custom order of a doll or start a layaway, you must make the first payment which means you accept these terms. There is no restrictions for paying more than the minimum and you can pay off your balance at any time.
