This chunky bub was meticulously brought to life using the long sold out limited edition Penelope kit by Alicia Toner. This kit does not have a CoA as I received the unpainted kit in a partial trade many many years ago and the certificate has since been lost. Counterfeit kits were not a thing at the time of this kit's release so I have no doubt about it's authenticity.
Penelope has been painted using Genesis Heat Set Paint and has dark painted hair. This baby is magnet free. Baby fits some newborn and smaller 0-3 month clothing.
Penelope will travel home with the outfits pictured, a blanket, display soother, and any other goodies of my choosing. Penelope will come home dressed as a boy unless specifically requested otherwise.
