Madi is a full body silicone baby girl! She was sculpted by my wonderful and incredibly talented friend, Ashten Bryant of Claire's Cuties. She is lovingly detailed and incredibly sweet.
Madi is 20 inches, fitting newborn perfectly. She is anatomically correct. She has directionally rooted mohair hair in a lovely brown shade. She has rooted eyelashes and painted brows. Her mouth was sculpted open and with a tongue. She can take a newborn pacifier easily. She was poured in Eco20, making her perfect for a collector who wants a sweet soft silicone without being so soft that the limbs are noodley. She has armatures in her arms, placed by me. These armatures extend into the hands so she also bends at the wrists for lots of posablilty.
Madi was painted with Psycho Paints, SilcPig, SAM, and KrisC pigments. She was matted with D3 Just Matte silicone powder. She has glossed lips, nails, and inner nostrils. She has many details such as mottling, veining, blushing, shading, capillaries, and nail tips.
Madi comes with a full box opening including a sleeper, hat, satin square, bows, an outfit, mohair conditioner, bamboo toothbrush, sample of matting powder, powder brush, pacifier lubricating liquid, surprises, and extras of my choosing!
Smoke free, pet friendly home.
Note: this doll is a collectible and is made from delicate silicone and must be treated gently and with care to remain in her condition. No silicone baby is 100% perfect due to the nature of this handmade, one of a kind art. I recommend handling your silicone with clean, lotion and perfume-free hands. I do not recommend bathing your doll unless necessary, and the only with plain hot water. The mohair hair does not need washed. It has been directionally rooted and should easily brush back into place. I will include mohair safe conditioner to be used sparingly. Before dressing, you should apply powder to hands and feet and guide them through the clothing, do not pull through the clothing to insure you do not rub the matting layer off. Any shiny spots can be spot matted with a powder brush and silicone matting powder. Pacifier lubricant should be used to place pacifiers to prevent tearing of the mouth. Baby's hair should be protected with either plastic wrap or satin lined squares (one will be provided to you). Store baby fully dressed (sleeper or gown, hat) when not interacting with baby to minimize dust and lint.
