Oh my, this baby has been such a joy to bring to life, she has the most intricate and realistic sculpting. Odessa is 18 inches long with full arms and legs. She is a small scrunchy newborn and fits perfectly in small newborn clothing.
Odessa has a belly plate and magnetic umbilical cord which makes taking pictures such fun. A quality doe suede body which has been signed by Laura Lee Eagles (see pics.) This is a very special baby for any collection.
Painting - Odessa has been painted by myself using Genesis heat set paints. All of my babies are sealed and to dissuade shine with GHSP matte varnish - they have a light and pleasant texture to the skin. I have painted Odessa's hair with a single brush strand by strand, a very long process that gives a deep and realistic look to the hair. I have rooted Odessa's eyelashes.
Odessa has many layers of translucent paint to build up her depth of skintone, I have decided to paint this baby with a typical newborn look.
Odessa takes a magnetic dummy. I use only quality fillings inside any of my dolls, all babies are made with lots of love, care and passion from my hands to your heart!
Your baby will come to you with an extensive layette including several outfits, blanket/muslin, dummy, bottle, teddy and much more. Including original COA by sculptor and nursery certificate. All babies are sent beautifully packaged, fully insured and tracked for your and my peace of mind.
