This lovely girl is Laura by Bonnie Brown, reborned by the very talented prototype artist, Tiffany Acosta of Coco’s Nursery. If you haven’t yet had the joy of experiencing Tiffany’s art, this baby will be a treat. She has a very newborny strawberry and cream complexion with gorgeous depth and detail. Her hair is painted and she even has a little birthmark on the back of her head. She was painted with BC heatset paints and she has a velvety textured varnish that has the luminosity of real skin.
Having this doll in my collection truly made me fall in love with this kit. She just melts in your arms and practically poses herself. She is weighted to feel like a real baby, with just the right amount of newborn flop and curl.
She has been gently handled only for photographs and the occasional cuddle and is in pristine condition. Smoke-free, cat-friendly home. She wears large newborn to 0-3 month size clothes.
