She has gloss on lips ,nostrils ,ear canals eye corners and nails . she is a heavy little baby and her head must be supported like a real baby .She will come with 2 outfits of my choosing , receiving blanket , two diapers and a magnetic pacifier . And her COA .She did come with a belly plate ,however the belly plate they sent does not fit her body .
