Welcome baby Alexa to Opal’s Angels nursery! Alexa has her flannel jammies on and is getting ready for the fall weather. Photos are taken in natural and artificial light for comparison. I do not use filters. Alexa is painted in translucent layers with Ultimate Fusion and RebornFX air dry paints. Baby is sealed with Windsor and Newton Matt UV Varnish then with Americana soft-touch varnish for a durable, lovely baby skin texture. Alexa has delicate veining, mottling, blushing, and capillaries on eyelids and ears, plus a little gloss added in all the right places. Baby is weighted with glass beads and filled with premium Poly-fil to look and feel like a real baby. Eyes are fringed with beautiful, rooted lashes. Nails are tipped and then sealed with DuraClear varnish for a natural look. Eyebrows and hair are hand painted and sealed and a cute lock of rooted, quality mohair on top. Baby has a flopping head which will need to be supported just like a real baby. Alexa has an adorable heart birthmark on her right elbow. Alexa is wearing newborn and preemie size clothing in the photos.
