This is a reborn Blue Sparrow kit which is a very detailed realistic kit sculpted by the extremely talented Doris Moyers Hornbogen. She is a sweet baby at 22" to the heel of her curled leg and would be 24", if she could be stretched out. Her actual weight is 6lbs 12 oz which feels more like a real baby of 8lbs 13oz. She wears 0-3m size clothes! She has Full rooted mohair over painted hair for even more realism. She has brown eyes and rooted eyelashes and painted eyebrows. She has a soft body, and super real feel skin. She is fully jointed with full vinyl arms and full legs with all the folds and creases of a baby and can be posed and dressed in many ways. She comes to you dressed in a diaper and a handmade custom OOAK Regalia costume with a matching headband. She has a magnetic Honeybug pacifier. She has very realistic feel skin which is very squeezable and snuggly. She will arrive in her cradle board snug and safe. This is a custom designed OOAK Native American Cradleboard. It is made start to finish by my Husband and myself. It can be used as a wall hanging decoration or as a doll display. IT IS IN NO WAY FOR USE WITH A REAL BABY! It is made as a replica of Native American traditional way to carry their babies. I have added items to each cradleboard as Tribal Mothers would to symbolize tribes pride and to entertain baby. It comes with a hand made dream catcher to keep the baby dreaming sweet dreams. Look carefully at the pictures to see all the beading fine details and love put into each one. Genuine suede and leather have been used on each one. There is only faux fur used so no animals have been harmed to make these. She will come as you see her, wrapped in her blanket and wearing a beaded charm bracelet. She will also come with a special welcome home gift bag. In that bag you will find many items including a reborn certificate with a blank line for you to name her, and much more in the bag. She has realistic super real look & feel soft vinyl skin. She has been painted so that her skin resembles a real baby, with all the natural blushing and blotching, as well as seeing tiny little veins that appear to be just under the skin. She has been heat set with Genesis paint in many layers. You can see from the pictures how closely her complexion matches mine. I have taken extra care in giving her tiny little veins and capillaries on her face and eyelids as well as a few little stork bites here and there. She has been weighted to feel as real as can be so she will snuggle right into your arms. She is weighted in all her limbs and head, as well as her body so the weight is distributed evenly and naturally. She is weighted with glass beads. All the limbs have been sealed to prevent shifting of weight. I also try to take accurate pictures of the doll in many light conditions so that you can see exactly what you are getting. Pictures cannot show clearly all the intricate fine detail in the mold and in my enhancements. This is one of the most realistic dolls you will ever find at this price. I have been making these adorable reborns for many years and try to keep the quality and price at the best to give everyone a chance at owning one of these adorable collectibles. I enjoy creating these little bundles of joy and wish I could keep them all, but I just can’t. Instead, I offer them to you to spread the joy and comfort that these sweet angels can bring your way.
