This includes but not limited to; Buyer's remorse, no longer interested, the want to go with a different artist, etcetera. In the event that the artist is no longer able to complete said doll for any reason, you will then be offered a refund. If the customer is located outside of the United States, they then will be responsible for the cost of shipping, any and all custom fees that may apply upon entry to the country of delivery. Layaway Available: Lay-away policy; I accept lay-away with a down payment of 35% of the total purchasing amount. The rest owed can be paid in installments whether that is weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. There will be a grace period of 3 days passed the payment due date. After these 3 days; if payment is not made you automatically forfeit the baby doll being purchased and any payments that have already been made to the artist.
