This cutie is the Billie sculpt by Cindy Lee Ibbetson. He was poured with marshmallow silicone. He is the softest silicone I have ever felt. He was painted to resemble a newborn baby with all the tiny details like veins, broken capillaries, mottling, applied eyebrows, and milk blister on upper lip. He is filled with angel soft poly fill and fine glass beads. His mouth is open to take a pacifier. He comes home with a pacifier, sleeper, gown, socks, mittens, headband (girl), blanket, and COA.
