Ordering Information: Your baby doll will be shipped out within 3-5 days of purchase, transit time varies from doll to doll.
Terms and Conditions: Any and all payments made to the artist are completely non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but not limited to; Buyer's remorse, no longer interested, the want to go with a different artist, etcetera. In the event that the artist is no longer able to complete said doll for any reason, you will then be offered a refund. If the customer is located outside of the United States, they then will be responsible for the cost of shipping, any and all custom fees that may apply upon entry to the country of delivery. By completing this purchase in partial payments or in full, the customer is agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Return Policy: Refunds are not offered under any circumstances, all payments made to the artist are final and non-refundable under any circumstance. By purchasing a reborn doll from my nursery and with each payment you make, you are accepting this.
Layaway Available: Lay-away policy; I accept lay-away with a down payment of 35% of the total purchasing amount. The rest owed can be paid in installments whether that is weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. There will be a grace period of 3 days passed the payment due date. After these 3 days; if payment is not made you automatically forfeit the baby doll being purchased and any payments that have already been made to the artist. The artist has the right to re-list the doll, and decline any future transactions with the non-paying buyer. lay-away varies with each doll as prices will vary.
