New to Opal’s Angels nursery, welcome Benjamin! Benjamin is a sweet reborn sculpted by the late Adrie Stoete. Photos are taken in natural and artificial light for comparison. I do not use filters. Benjamin is painted in translucent layers with Ultimate Fusion and RebornFX and Golden air dry paints. Baby is sealed with Windsor and Newton Matt UV Varnish then with Americana soft-touch varnish for a durable, lovely baby skin texture. Benjamin has delicate veining, mottling, blushing, and capillaries on eyelids and ears, plus a little gloss added in all the right places. Baby is weighted with glass beads and filled with premium Poly-fil to look and feel like a real baby. Eyes are fringed with beautiful, applied lashes. Nails are tipped and then sealed with DuraClear varnish for a natural look. Eyebrows and hair are hand painted and sealed and a cute lock of rooted, quality mohair on top. Baby has a flopping head which will need to be supported just like a real baby. Benjamin has an adorable heart birthmark behind his leg. Benjamin is wearing newborn size clothing in the photos. Benjamin will come with: Hat Onesie Socks Blanket Diaper Sleeper (props in photos not included) *Due to the shape of Benjamin’s cute mouth, I was not able to add a magnetic pacifier. The doll in the picture is the doll you will receive. Authentic reborn babies are hand painted artist dolls, some imperfections are to be expected.
