Lil Smile is 20 inches and weighs 5.9 pounds She has many layers of paint to give her that realistic baby skin tone that includes 8 different mottling colors, cool and warm undertones, veining and blushing. Her mouth, nostrils, nails and inside her ears have been gloss to give that natural moisture. Her hair is micro rooted with soft premium mohair in dark brown. Her eyebrows are painted matching her hair color. She has rooted lashes. She has gorgeous blue-gray German Lauscha glass eyes. Her nails are beautifully manicured. She’s been sealed with a mixture of pore texture and thick medium from IRHSP. This little doesn’t have a magnet inside her head, she takes a modified pacifier which is included. She will go to her new home with three outfits of my choice, two pairs of baby shoes, two extra diapers, two headbands , two pairs of socks, two modified pacifiers, her COA (certificate of authenticity), and birth certificate from my nursery. *All outfits and accessories shown in the photos may or may not be included.
