This bald baby is a partcial silicone with full arms and legs. He has been painted with silicone paints and sealed and matted. He has had his mouth opened and a little tongue suclpted inside his mouth. I painted him in a light biracial skin tone and he has lightly rooted eyelashes. He is a keeper for sure.

If you pay thru paypal and a refund is issued by the seller at her discretion, the paypal fees will not be refunded as these are fees that paypal charges for a transaction, no matter what, they keep this fee. These paypal fees are charged by paypal and not kept by the seller, so they will not be refunded by the seller. If you get a refund it will be minus the paypal transaction fees.
