Photos are taken in natural and artificial light for comparison. I do not use filters. Pearl twins are painted in translucent layers with Ultimate Fusion, RebornFX and Golden air-dry paints. Babies are sealed with Windsor and Newton Matt UV Varnish then with Americana soft-touch varnish for a durable, lovely baby skin texture. Twins have delicate veining, mottling, blushing, painted facial baby fuzz, and capillaries on eyelids and ears, plus a little gloss added in all the right places. Babies is weighted with glass beads and filled with premium Poly-fil to look and feel like a real babies. Eyes are fringed with beautiful applied (Pearl awake) or rooted lashes (Pearl asleep). Nails are tipped and then sealed with DuraClear varnish for a natural look. Eyebrows and hair are hand painted and sealed with a cute lock of rooted, quality mohair on top. Babies each have a flopping head which will need to be supported just like a real baby. Twins each have an adorable heart birthmark on their leg. Twins are wearing preemie size clothing in the photos. Twins will come with: Headband Onesie Socks Blanket Diaper Gown Pacifier* (props in photos not included) The doll in the picture is the doll you will receive. Authentic reborn babies are hand painted artist dolls, some imperfections are to be expected.
