She didn’t come with a COA but I can guarantee she’s a legit sculpt. Her artist is Georgia's Sweet Creations and then touched up by Royal Anchor Reborn Nursey. She has crackling in her varnish. Could easily be revarnished as well. But it honestly looks like dry skin and cradle cap. Price reflects this.
