In the event that the ARTIST is no longer able to complete your doll for any reason, you will be offered a refund, or some form of compensation to be agreed upon between the artist and yourself.
Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and any customs fees that at apply to their package upon its entry to the country of delivery.
