She is painted with genesis heat set paint to give her natural looking baby skin including veins, mottling and blotches. She has rooted lashes and painted brown hair. She is sealed with matte varnish. I use fine glass beads to weight her head, body and limbs. The glass beads were carefully placed in certain areas to give her a natural feel and weight of approximately 5 lbs. Laila is approximately 19" long and fits in size newborn. Her body is made from soft doe suede with a gathered chest and bottom and has jointed arms and legs.
