Ordering Information: after your order is placed i will reach out and make sure i have the correct address and any other details about the order. orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. and i will send you the tracking number as soon as i receive it. I do not offer refunds so please be sure to read over my terms and conditions first before paying!
Terms and Conditions: If payment is not made instantly during checkout (if layaway is available) i will send a reminder and you only have 24 hours to make first payment or pay in full or i will be relisting the item pack up for sale. if baby is marked as reserved for a buyer that buyer will only have 24 hours to purchase/make payment before said baby is re listed (unless agreed upon otherwise by a specific date) I do not offer any kind of refunds so please be sure before making payments or paying in full. If you receive the baby and don’t like a detail about it and decide you want a refund that is not possible. I am very descriptive when I post a baby down to the last detail so please read the entire description before purchasing. All purchases are final.
Return Policy: I do not offer refunds. However if you would like anything fixed or touch ups wihtin 30 days of receiving the item i will do so free of charge. anything after the 30 days i will give a quote of the price to have it touched up or fixed. shipping must be paid for both ways.
