Elsie was brought to life with Genesis heat-set paints and sealed well with IRHSP matte varnish, which has a slightly dewier look than Genesis varnish. She has rooted dark brown hair as well as rooted lashes, which have both been sealed from the inside to prevent fallout. She has lots of fine details that were delicately hand-painted to add extra realism, such as milia and dry skin on her lip. She is weighted with fine glass beads and stuffed with soft polyfil to be nice and snuggly. She fits in preemie size and takes a modified pacifier. Elsie will come home as a girl, with a small box opening and custom gift from her sculptor!
