This little preemie is the Elsie sculpt by Cassie Brace Love, limited edition #658 of only 750! She is 16 and a half inches long and weighs right at 4 pounds, floppy to feel like a real newborn. I wanted to capture the look of a real premature baby with the dark red skin tone, she could also pass for an AA baby or a biracial. She has full limbs on a cloth body, filled with tiny glass beads and Polly fill. She has a magnet for a pacifier but she can also use a modified one and suck her thumb! Her hair is micro rooted dark brown slumberland mohair, it can be combed straight or you can make it curly, her lashes and brows also rooted. She was painted with many layers of air dry paint, sealed and 2 coats of varnish. Her vinyl is soft with a little texture. She will come with a small box opening along with her coa!
