*All sales are final, I do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges.
*All deposits are nonrefundable on layaways.
*All dolls are shipped with insurance and a signature will be required for delivery!
*In some cases the use of an air-tag will be used inside the box, you might be asked to
pay a deposit for the air-tag and receive a refund once it is returned to me.
*I ship all of my dolls USPS Priority shipping, if you want a different mode of shipping

Layaway Available: Layaway
Terms: • Three-month payoff and a nonrefundable deposit of 20%.
• Bi-weekly or monthly payments.
• If you are unable to make a payment, I ask that to contact me before the payment due date to make other arrangements.
• If you miss more than 3 payments then the layaway is subject to being canceled, and payment in full will be required. If no payment and no communication has been made after notice of cancelation then all money including deposit and all payments towards the balance will be forfeited.
• If there is no payment and no communication for more than 2 payments periods, the layaway will be considered abandoned, and you will lose your deposit and any money that has been paid towards the balance.
• If you decide to cancel the order, then the deposit and all payments towards the balance will not be refunded.
• I have the right to cancel the layaway at any time for any reason.
• If I cancel the layaway through no fault of your own, when your account is in good standing (no missed or late or missing payments) you will be offered a full refund including deposit.
• These terms are non-negotiable.
• You will receive a payment schedule, and I will send out reminder invoices when payments are due. You will have a grace period of 3 days from the payment date to make your payment before it is considered late. If you need to change your payment date, please let me know and we can change it.
• Please remember that layaway is something that I offer to my clients, it is not something that is required of me, it is a privilege not a right.
