I bought this from the Tin Ceiling as a donation for a charity event. I'm not sure who the artist is but this is a open edition kit. Therefore she did not come with a COA. Now she will get one from the supplier of the kit . She was never a copied kit and does have markings on her neck. She came as a kit that was already painted and rooted. I just put her together. She's listed as 15 inches and that's what she measures. I used a 16 inch body so it's an inch bigger than suggested. She is very lightly painted. Her rooting is nice. I've priced her accordingly. She comes with what she is wearing and extras. She doesn't have a magnetic pacifier. She's close to 3 pounds and floppy. Her limbs are very skinny much like a preemie. You may wish to do her over or keep her as she is. She's listed less than the price of a new kit.
