Ordering Information: I ship to the address provided by the buyer's PayPal. Please make sure all the information is correct as I am not responsible if the package does not arrive due to errors in the address provided. I do not ship to P.O. Boxes. I send the baby with signature confirmation and if you are not available to receive it at time of delivery, the USPS driver will leave you a note with instructions on what to do and let you know the next scheduled delivery time or the local Post Office location where you can claim the package. You may have to pick it up from the postal office. If you do not pick it up on time and the package is returned to me "sender" the shipping cost is not refunded. I can resend it but you will be responsible to pay for the new cost to reship it. If the package is returned, I will contact you and please get back with me as soon as possible to make arrangements on this. I will wait 3 days after contacting you about the returned package and if I don't hear back, the package will be considered as unwanted..and the doll will be relisted for sale.
