She’s a partial silicone premie, sculpted from the Realborn Callie kit from Bountiful Baby. She has silicone limbs and head on a weighted cloth body to about 5lbs and 17 inches long. She’s been painted in several layers with Silc Pig pigments, sealed with a clear coat of silicone and matted with silicone matting powder. She has realistic veining, capillaries, undertoning and mottling. I have given her a “strawberry” birthmark on her head. I have opened her mouth to take a full newborn pacifier. She is a sweet fair skinned “baldie”, and has blonde barely there rooted eyelashes. She feels so truly “real” in your arms and should be cared for gently, just like a real baby.
She comes home in a beautiful keepsake box, including a few outfits of my choice, diapers, milk bottle, pacifier(s) socks, mittens, bib, bow, little slippers and a rattle.
Silicone dolls are a one of a kind piece of art, therefore will have imperfections. They need to be handled with care just like a real baby. Doll can be lightly powdered with a silicone safe powder if becomes sticky.
