Realborn partial silicone Darren by bountiful baby! This baby is a bundle of joy at 18 inches long, weighing 5 pounds 12 ounces! He has silicone limbs and head on a cloth body filled with tiny glass beads, silicone pellets and Polly fill. I put rings on the limbs and head for an easier ability for posing. Painted with many layers of silicone paint for a newborn dark red mottled skin tone. His mouth is naturally opened somewhat but I opened it fully so he will take most all pacifiers. He has micro rooted hair, lashes and brows from a pale blonde slumberland mohair. I’m still new to silicone painting, and determined to keep making them until I feel they are beautiful, right now I’m definitely able to make them cute (lol). So this baby has some places that I’m not happy with, mainly around the nose and cheeks where I had a hard time getting the paint to stick! So I will describe it as baby acne! The main thing about silicone to me is that no matter how hard they are to paint…..they feel amazing! This little guy just melts in your arms! If you love babies that easily take pacifiers, then you won’t go wrong with baby Darren!
