This is Charli. He is a sweet little guy with beautiful blue eyes. He has a little chapped lip, dry skin on his face, belly plate and foot. Charli even a birthmark! One located on the back of his back and belly plate and one on the bottom of his foot. Charli has lots of detail and depth in his painting. He is painted with heat set paint. He has rooted hair and applied lashes. He does come with a belly and back plate. I will also mention that Charli is a premie/micro.
