The Newborn Nebula Dolls are shipped with insurance and tracking. Tracking will be added to Both PayPal and Reborns.com as soon as the doll ships. The Newborn Nebula will sometimes ship out same day if you’re a repeat customer otherwise dolls ship out within 3 business days after payment has CLEARED.
The newborn Nebula dolls are intended for the adult collector and should never be handled by young children without adult supervision. The Newborn Nebula dolls are also Therapy Dolls.
Risk of Loss; Delivery.
As to any dolls delivered by The Newborn Nebula Nursery’s carrier, USPS, UPS, FEDX etc. upon delivery at the place Buyer receives delivery or possession. Buyer assumes responsibility for risk of loss/damage at the point of shipment. Claims for Product damaged/lost in transit are Buyer’s sole responsibility when not delivered by Seller’s carrier. Delivery dates are not guaranteed but are estimated on the basis of immediate receipt by Seller of all information to be furnished by Buyer and the absence of delays, direct or indirect, resulting from or contributed to by circumstances beyond Seller’s reasonable control. The Newborn Nebula Nursery will in good faith attempt to meet estimated delivery dates.
Any Dolls created by The Newborn Nebula Nursery will not be responsible for damage to said doll by young Children, Pets or abuse of said doll and the Newborn Nebula will NOT be liable to repairs.
