Ordering Information: Please handle with care. These are Reborn Art Dolls, and are not meant for children under 18 years old. Art dolls, like real babies are fragile. Head must be supported, and not to be carried by limbs. Please be delicate.
CAUTION!
The majority of my reborn dolls have a strong magnet for the pacifier and (or) hair bows. You have to be careful around pacemakers and electronics. Magnet can be removed prior to shipping.

No refunds on kits once heated, painted or altered.
Return Policy: Returns to be approved by artist prior to refund.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and postage. All boxed items must be returned in original shipper. Customer may not keep any promo codes/discounts/gifts included with purchase.
*Please be advised* Customer forfeits their right to a full refund and return once doll is tampered with or altered.
This includes:
-Disassembling Doll -Reweighting -Restuffing -Painting unpainted nails (some dolls don't have white nail tips due to short nail beds) -Rooting over painted hair (currently my dolls are painted hair only) -Removal/Replacing of magnets (please contact prior to purchase for removal)
DAMAGES: Dolls are made in a smoke free home. During an approved return, if doll returned smelling of smoke or cigarettes, artist has the right to withhold 50% of doll price due to damage.
*Art dolls are made with an adult collector in mind. Any doll purchased for a child and damaged due to mishandling are not eligible for returns. My dolls have fine glass beads inside that are chocking hazards for children/pets.
*All information on each doll is disclosed on listings. Artist is not responsible for buyer not reading over detailed information or looking over photos prior to purchase. Any complaints after purchase, that are related to disclosed detailed information are not bases for return.
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be refunded via the original payment method used when ordering. The original shipping cost and return shipping is non-refundable.
Free Shipping: If you have received Free Shipping for your order or item and return it for a refund, we will deduct the shipping amount paid by Cradle of Wildflowers (Amanda M.)
Refund Fees: PayPal will no longer return the fees we pay when you pay via PayPal. This fee will be deducted from your refund (3.5%). If you have issues with this policy, please contact PayPal. If you want a refund without any fees, please pay with a credit card.
