Courtney was made from the discontinued Realborn Courtney Asleep sculpt. No more will be made of this sculpt. She is 19 inches long and weighs around 5 and 1/2 pounds. Courtney has full vinyl arms and legs with a cuddly cloth body. She wears newborn size best.
Top to Toe Courtney has been painted with Genesis Heat Set Paints and sealed with soft-touch air dry varnish. She has easy-care painted reddish brown hair and rooted red lashes. Courtney has been weighted with fine glass beads. She has a very strong magnet behind her lips for a pacifier. She has been glossed in all the right places.
