Hello everyone and welcome to Dewberry Reborn Babies! Thank you for stopping by and for your interest in this new little one. I have been reborning for 14 years now and enjoy bringing these dolls to life.
Baby has been created from the preemie sculpt Megan by Pat Moulton. Her kit was purchased from Bountiful Baby and this particular doll does not come with a COA. She will come home with a nursery certificate, though.
She is a small sized baby at about 15.5 inches in length and weighs 3 lbs, 5 oz. She has been painted with a fair complexion with light mottling. She has veins and some creases. I used Genesis Heat Set paints on her. The hair was painted and took a long time to complete but was so worth it! Her lashes are rooted lashes and are a light to medium brown color. Her lips and nails have been sealed with satin varnish. The rest of her has been sealed with a matte varnish. Her legs are full-length and her arms are 3/4 length. Her torso is cloth. She has been weighted with tiny glass beads specifically for reborning, and she also has poly-fil. I have left her head very slightly floppy so that it feels like you're holding a newborn baby. Her torso is made out of cloth and she has a gathered bottom.
