Kai (Prototype) (Pre-Owned)

Prototype Kai sculpted by Gudrun Legler and painted/rooted by incredibly talented prototype artist Dalyla Jiminez. Kai is in pristine condition; he has been stored in a smoke-free environment and only handled for photos. I do have pets, however my reborns are never exposed to them. Kai fits in newborn sized clothing and is perfectly painted with incredible details such as: mottling, veining, shading, creased, blushed, manicured and tipped nails, undertones, lanugo, milia, capillaries, matte varnish, magnet for pacifier, delicately rooted eyelashes, milia, soft directionally mono rooted gorgeous hair, and weighted appropriately for just the right amount of flop and cuddle. Kai is one of the best and most realistic reborns I have had the privilege of owning in my collection. Kai is a high end prototype reborn, so his price reflects this. Kai will come with his male gendered full front plate and a box opening that includes all original items from Dalyla, along with his artist photo card. Due to Kai being a prototype, he does not have a COA since the sculpt was not in production yet, hence no numbered certificate, but his doe suede body was embroidered with “Prototipo” (Spanish for prototype) and “Dalyla Jiminez” by the artist! The last two photographs are Dalyla’s and are featured on Macpherson’s website. I encourage potential buyers to view the artist’s photographs on their own social media platforms.

Reborn babies are considered a work of art and intended for an adult collector. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted. Reborns are sold as is, what you see in the photographs is what your reborn will look like (taken with iphone in various lighting conditions and unedited).
