I am the second owner of this gorgeous Luciano. I do not know who the artist is . He is painted acceptionally well as has amazing rooted hair . His hair lays perfectly and never frizzes or tangles . His paint style and hair color/rooting resembles other babies I have in my collection by Vicky Kormos from Hungary . But that is only my opinion ! I do not have artist information .
