The BUYER is responsible for paying these fees. Rainbow Hart Nursery is NOT responsible for those additional fees. ***If a package is lost, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim. Terms and Conditions: ***Rainbow Hart Nursery is not liable for buyers remorse. The reborn dolls may have slight imperfections. Please ask any questions you have before purchasing a reborn doll to be sure it is the baby for you. The doll in the pictures is the doll you will receive.
***These art dolls are handmade collectibles. Natural wear (diminished varnish and paint scratches and scuffs) will occur depending on how much they are handled over time.
Return Policy: No Returns or Refunds. All sales are final.
Layaway Available: First $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due to reserve a doll. After that, I will invoice the remaining payments through PayPal. I am open to terms on a case by case basis, however if an invoice is not paid on the date we agree upon, the reservation will be canceled. The baby will then be re-listed on the site. ***The baby will only be shipped once the last payment is received.
If your circumstances change, you will only receive a refund for any payments outside of the initial first deposit. The first $75 deposit that reserves the baby is NON-REFUNDABLE.
