This little one is a cuddle baby, which means her entire body is cloth. This cloth body is filled with micro glass beads, glass beads and polyfill. She or he is weighted to about 6 pounds and assembled to feel like a real baby. The head is also weighed so it would need to be supported. I have put a baby scent wafer inside of the cloth body for a nice hint of a baby smell.
I’ve painted Ellie using GHSP paints as well as BC paints in the form of an ethnic baby. She or he was varnished with a satin varnish and then coated with a soft touch top coat. Hair is painted for a barely there look and the lashes are rooted and sealed from the inside. There is also a magnet on the inside for a pacifier; which is included.
I’ve made sure to include tons of details over the course of many layers of paint. This is a hand painted doll and not meant for children as you will have to treat it with care. The head includes: Mottling Creasing Blushing Millia Capillaries Veins Gloss in the appropriate places
Ellie will come home with everything shown in the photos including: A blanket Diaper Outfit shown, including a white onesie(not seen) Mittens and hat set Bow Socks Pacifier COA - certificate of authenticity
