I purchased this very well made Manuela from Cassi Palmer of Sweet P Nursery on January 5,2023. I do not know if she is the artist . I did not receive a COA. The neck flange properly shows the markings of the kit name and sculptor . Her artist gave her a wonderful textured varnish that gives the look of skin. Her hair is baby soft and lays perfectly on her head and does not tangle or frizz .
