Terms and Conditions: Reborns are sold as if, as a piece of art. They are not toys and are recommended for ages 18 and over. If you choose to gift a reborn to a child or allow them to play with them, you are taking full responsibility for the safety of the child and for care of the reborn. Each baby is photographed in detail to show all their features, but do keep in mind that as they are painted, they will look a little different in, different light. The paint is very durable but with enough force, they can mark or scratch with play and age. Any hair attached to the reborns may break or fall out over time from age, from over brushing, knotting or if handled roughly. Care instructions are provided with each reborn and should be followed. I cannot be responsible for any damage once the reborn has been dispatched.

I do not refund or accept returns for change of mind, lack of bonding or damage in transit or damage that occurred while the reborn is in your care.
When you purchase a service from Hello Sunshine Reborns, and the coaching service has been provided, refunds cannot be issued as the service is considered completed and delivered.
