Courtney has beautiful hand painted hair and hand painted eyebrows. She also has hand rooted eyelashes. She has full limbs on a cloth doe suede body and has been weighed with fine glass beads and premium polyfil. Her head also has weight added and therefore needs to be supported. Her head turns from side to side and her limbs move up and down. Courtney also has a magnetic paci.
